This redness can be covered with makeup, but some clients opt to get their microneedling treatments done on the weekends so those symptoms aren’t as obvious on Monday morning at work.
Microneedling can cause skin peeling, so prepare to see some flaking within the first week after your procedure. It’s important not to manually peel off flaking skin; let it come off naturally! To help promote faster peeling, you should moisturize and use a gentle cleanser.
