What is the Difference Between Botox® and Dysport®
Botox® and Dysport® both contain the botulinum toxin. They work in the same way, but some people respond better to one than the other, and sometimes one works better for a certain application than another. We offer both in order to make sure people always have the best range of options available.
How Long Does Botox® Last?
Botox® usually lasts about four months before the effects begin to wear off. If you do nothing, your muscles and nerves will return to normal, and so will your lines and wrinkles. If you choose to continue getting Botox®, ask about our rewards programs during your consultation to find out how you can make Botox® a regular part of your skincare routine.
Is There Any Downtime With Botox®?
You should have no downtime with Botox®. You may have some soreness or swelling around the injection area, but this will go away within a few hours. You can go back to your normal activities, but avoid rubbing your face for the next few hours.
Am I a Good Candidate for Botox®?
Almost anyone can receive Botox®. Safe enough for medical use, even in children, Botox® in the hands of an experienced professional can make dramatic changes for people in their 20’s and older who want to address expression lines and wrinkles.
